Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Trading With Robots LLC ("we", "us"), located at 1603 Capitol Ave Ste 415, PMB 283733, Cheyenne, WY 82001-4562 US. It is a private-beta landing page for Trading With Robots, a marketplace for vetted automated trading bots that is not yet live.

• Your email address — only if you choose to join the early-access list.
• Basic technical data needed to keep the site working and block abuse, such as your IP address (used for rate limiting) and the signals our bot-protection service processes when it checks that you're human.

We don't ask for your name, payment details, or anything else.

• To email you your beta invite and occasional updates about the launch.
• To notify our team that a new person has signed up.
• To protect the signup form from bots, spam, and abuse.

We do not sell your data, and we don't use it for anything else.

Your email address is stored in a secured database operated by our hosting provider. We keep it until the beta program ends or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

• Resend — delivers our emails. Your email address passes through their systems when we send you (or our team) a message.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile) — verifies that signups come from humans, not bots. It processes technical information about your browser and connection.
• Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service. It collects anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, referrer, approximate country) without cookies and without collecting any personal data.

Each of these providers only receives what it needs to do its job, and none of them are allowed to use your data for their own marketing.

You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Just email Ty@tradingwithrobots.com and we'll take care of it — no forms, no fuss. Every email we send also tells you how to unsubscribe.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and adjust the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be announced by email to people on the list.
